1. Acceptance of Terms
**By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and agree to comply with and be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.**
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our site. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
3. Products
- All artworks are original creations by ATELIER 7X.
- Product images are representative; actual products may differ in color or size.
- We strive for accuracy in descriptions and pricing but may correct errors at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
- All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if any item is out of stock.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- By placing an order, you affirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Shipping and Delivery
-To save wastage of resources, your art print will be manufactured only after your order has been placed. It takes 2 - 5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order, and 5-30 business days for the shipping of an order after fulfillment (except for commissioned artwork). These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
-Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
-You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed and shipped.
6. Returns and Exchanges
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ATELIER 7X or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATELIER 7X will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uttrakhand, India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uttrakhand, India.
